HELP ME OUT HERE

Adobe Photoshop 7.0

Mood: Headache frustrated
Listening to: Fall Apart-Twiztid

Can someone direct me too tutorials for beginners for Adobe Photoshop 7. I know trial and error is better but i would like some tutorials to read so i can try and fail. or try and end making something beautiful without knowing... anyways i am basically looking for tuts that are "Photoshop for Dummies". If any one can help me out it will be greatly appreciated.

i am having troubles with removing and image from the background tut and tips?

try to use the wand tool.. it's near the top of the toolbar.. what you can do is set the sensitivity to about 10 or 15 and then click on the background and then using shift + click you can add areas to that selection until you have everything but the image selected, then just delete it. at first you'll have rough edges and it won't be perfect but with the blur tool around the edges you can make it blend decently until you start to get more and more familiar with it.
